This is a modern method of painting metal, in which dry powder is applied electrostatically and then cured in an oven at around 200°C. The result is a highly durable coating that is resistant to corrosion, damage and UV light, and is significantly more durable than traditional painting.
We powder coat components made of steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel, cast iron and aluminium. This process is used exclusively on metal — wood, plastic and rubber cannot be powder coated.
We have three ovens capable of coating components up to 850 cm in length, 220 cm in width and 200 cm in height. We can handle both small parts and large structures.
No — we carry out a full surface preparation process. Depending on the condition of the component, we degrease it, shot-blast it or prepare it for repainting.
Yes. We organise transport and serve both private and industrial customers, including those from abroad. We agree the terms on a case-by-case basis, depending on the order.
